You exercise and are already trying to apply the correct diet. Unfortunately, burning calories is still running slow, so the weight loss never hit the target.

Check out what the word Lauren Slayton, M.S., R.D., author of The Little Book of Thin about things that can mess up your metabolism, thus inhibiting the ideal weight you gain and how to quickly resolve them quickly.

YOU DO NOT DRINK ENOUGH WATER
"Your body needs fluids to be able to perform all its functions properly," said Slayton. When the body can not perform its function, burning calories will be hampered.

One thing to remember, lots of calorie burning triggered by drinking cold water. In other words, warm or hot water does not help the metabolism as well as cold water.

YOU DO NOT Eating VITAMIN D
"When the levels of vitamin D in the body is low, the weight loss will be slower and the level of ghrelin or a hormone that triggers appetite, be higher," said Slayton.

If you are not sure is enough to get vitamin D, Slayton recommend you to take supplements, especially on cloudy days when the sun does not shine quite brightly.

YOU QUEEN Cardio
You know that exercise is essential to maintain metabolism. But if you just practice on a treadmill, stationary bike, a treadmill and a bike again, do not be surprised if the weight was no progress.

You need to combine cardio with weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Strong muscles tantamount to speed up metabolism.

YOU HAVE THE HABIT MIDNIGHT snacking
Eat regularly in order to keep your metabolism okay. But, there are studies that reveal the feeding time is good for metabolism. "I usually advise clients, a period of 12 hours without food," said Slayton.

"You hurt your metabolism if snacking in the middle of the night and early morning breakfast before working out at seven."

YOU GET RID OF CAFFEINE FROM YOUR DIET
Too much caffeine will disrupt sleep patterns but caffeine as the recommended dosage, will speed up the metabolism, said Slayton.

If you've been drinking two cups of green tea or coffee almost every day, let it be your daily routine.
